Grandfather Kills Two Men Robbing Neighbors Home. Justice or Anarchy?
In Pasadena, Texas a resident, Joe Horn, took the law into his own hands and killed two men that robbed his neighbors house. Is this right or wrong? Read the whole story first and tell me what you would have done. Bear in mind that under Texas law people may use deadly force to protect their own property or stop arson, burglary, robbery, theft, or criminal mischief at night. I would venture to say that indifference was not a quality Mr. Horn possessed.

This small Texas community stands in support of Joe Horn by a 2-1 favor according to an online survey conducted by the readers of a local KHOU news website. Most residence support Mr. Horn saying, “Where does the line form to pin a medal on Joe Horn? I want to get in line.” Another stated, “Let’s get rid of the police force and just hire Joe Horn!”
Mr. Horn in the flesh.

The community, however, is not in total support of Joe Horn. In fact several Black Panthers, yes they’re still around, came into town to protest against Mr. Horn. Here’s the video.

Finally last week, a Harris County grand jury cleared Horn of all criminal charges relating to the shooting death of two men he suspected of burglarizing a neighbor’s home. Upon hearing that he was cleared of the charges what does his local Congresswoman do? “Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee …called for a congressional inquiry into the grand jury process to which Horn said specifically, “Is there no end to this?”
Another example of Congress working for the people? Oh wait it should be noted that both of the men, who robbed the home and then were shot, were illegal immigrants. So I guess the Congresswoman is working against the people. Let’s just let Congressional approval ratings do the talking.
