Zito’s utter failure is embarassing. At this point in the season he is 0-5 with a 5.61 ERA (not bad, I’ve seen worse), however, not being able to get to the 4th inning is beyond terrible. With 12 walks to 10 strikeouts in 5 games he’s looking like middle relief at best. If we were to add in his wins & losses from last year he is 11-18 since joining the Giants. The truth of the matter is if he wasn’t Zito he would be sent down to the minors. All this for $126 million.

I love to see this go to court.

So the Supreme Court has decided that police have the power to conduct searches and seize evidence, even when done during an arrest that turns out to have violated state law. So we have to obey the law and are subject to it but the police and government are not. This doesn’t sound like America.
