Angels Throw a No Hitter and Lose

Some how, some way the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (how annoying is that?) threw a no hitter, with 2 different pitchers and still were able to lose the game 1 to 0 to the Dodgers.

Jose Arredondo and Jared Weaver both pitched perfect ball yet lost.  Question is why the hell was Weaver taken out for reliever Arredondo in the first place?  Why would Angels Manager Mike Scioscia take out a pitcher throwing a no no?
