John Kerry for Obama VP?

Wow, didn’t see this coming.  Rumor mill has it that John Kerry is on Obama’s short list for VP.

“Kerry brings more money and name recognition to the table than any other name on the Obama list so far. Americans do tend to love a comeback kid and this would be the most amazing political comeback since Richard Nixon came back from the dead forty years ago.”

I guess Obama figures he isn’t smug enough he needs Senator Kerry on the team to really maximize the aloofness factor.

Smooth John.  I don’t understand how politicians today find themselves in these sort of situations.  John McCain is except from this as he is basically unaware of what the internet is and how it works.

Come on John you were running for President oh yeah and you also happen to be a US Senator.  Exercise some freaking judgement. You’re posing for pictures with a f*&king bud light in your hand with women that could be your grandchildrens age.  Not exactly helping your party or yourself.
