Supreme Court Decides If You Rape Children You Live

Supreme Court says  NO to death penatly for people who rape children.  In a very close 5-4 decision the court shot down the death penalty for child rape basing the justification of their decision on the proportion of the crime to the penalty.   Basically people who killed should be killed and people who rape should be thrown in jail to meet guys like this:

Personally if I had a kid and someone were to rape that kid I would kill them.  I wouldn’t even think about it they’d be dead.  I would go to prison and be fine with that but there’s no way I would allow them to live.
